Price and Payment Summary

GlobalVet Software License:

  • Price irrelevant to number of workstations
  • Includes comprehensive instruction manual and 30 days free support from receipt of 1st Pass.
  • We provide 4 free hours of training at your clinic within the greater Johannesburg/Durban region. If your clinic is outside these two areas, you will be responsible for the travel expenses (fl ights, car hire and accommodation) of our software tutor. A quote will need to be accepted before we book flights to train your staff at your premises

Technical Support:

The Annual Technical Support Plan provides you and your clinic staff with:

  • Enhancement updates twice a year
  • Access to our technical support staff to answer questions, telephonically or by email, regarding the use of GlobalVet.
    Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Access to our Internet based post-and-reply message board where you can discuss GlobalVet with other users

Payment Options:

  • Sugar Creek Software Systems (Pty) Ltd is offering a three month interest free payment option. If you are paying over three installments, fi rst payment is due before the receipt of the 1st Pass of GlobalVet Practice Management Software, the next payments are due over the next two months.
